Hoply (hoply.my) is operated by OurtechLabs (ourtech.my). This page explains what we collect and why.

SUMMARY

  • We collect the minimum data needed to run redirects, analytics, and security protections.
  • We don’t sell personal data.
  • You can delete links and associated data through the admin UI when available.

WHAT WE COLLECT

When someone visits a short link (e.g. /r/<code>), we may log event data to help you understand usage and to protect the service.

  • Link code and internal link ID
  • Timestamp and derived platform (web/iOS/Android)
  • User agent (truncated) and referrer (if provided by the browser)
  • Country (if provided via headers such as Cloudflare/AWS)
  • Signals used for bot/suspicious detection
  • A privacy-preserving hashed IP (for abuse prevention / rate limiting analysis)
  • A first-party visitor identifier cookie (if enabled) to count unique visitors

COOKIES

Hoply may set a first-party cookie (e.g. hoply_vid) to identify a returning visitor for analytics. You can remove cookies in your browser settings.

WEBHOOKS

If you configure webhooks, Hoply will deliver event payloads to endpoints you provide. Those deliveries may be retried and logged for reliability and debugging.
